Mr. Louis Ng is the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. since 2002.

An active participant in public affairs, Mr. Ng is a member of the Council of Macao University of Science and Technology. He is also a committee member of Associacao de Beneficencia do Hospital Kiang Wu. His other commitments in support of the prosperity and development of Mainland China include being a member of the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a Director of the China Space Foundation and a Director of the Chine Overseas Friendship Association.

Mr. Ng graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong in 1975 and received a Master of Management Studies from Asia International Open University (Macau) in 2004.

Sociadade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. (“SJM”) has been granted a gaming concession by the Macau SAR Government and currently runs 16 casinos widely spread over Macau and Taipa Island. SJM is the leading player in the Macau gaming industry with revenues in excess of MOP34.4 Billion in 2005.

Gaming being its core business, SJM shall aggressively introduce more casinos including high profile Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino (Phase I opens in early 2007) and Ponte 16 (under construction). Further, it has been granted approval by the Macau SAR government to set up casinos in Fisherman’s Wharf and in Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre.
